At Bash Birthday Parties, we recognize that you have a limited window in your child's life to create amazing birthday memories. We're here to help you make it the most memorable birthday party for your child, until we top it next year.

Our goal is to make your party a fun adventure for your child and their guests and an easy, low stress experience for you, that starts with the booking process and continues until we're walking out the door with the trash. 

We're focused on the what of your party, as in "What are you going to do with all of these kids?!" (and that means kids of all ages). All of our Bashes are activity based, meaning we keep everyone occupied learning new skills, socializing, trying new things and playing games.  Each Bash has different activities based on the theme and you can see our themes here.

Bash Birthday Parties brings the party to you, that means you can host your Bash from the comfort of your own home, community room, library, house of worship - anywhere! We bring all of the required supplies, decorations and equipment with up, set up, host and clean up - you get to enjoy the party and we take care of the rest.

What Happens on Party Day?

On party day we arrive an 1 hour early and transform your room into a party palace with decorations all set to your theme. Once guests arrive we become your party host, guiding everyone through all the activities. After your two hour party, we clean everything up and off we go.

How To Book?

Just fill out a contact form on the Book Your Bash! page or call us at 518-788-8950 and give us some details about your party. To get your Bash booked, all that's needed is a $40 deposit that can be paid by check or online and will be applied to your balance. 

Where do we Travel?

The Bash Birthday Parties office is based on River Street in Historic Downtown Troy but we travel anywhere in the Albany, Colombia, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Saratoga counties. We'll travel to other places too for an additional fee (contact us for details).

  • Where do you party?

Bash Birthday Parties is based in Historic Downtown Troy, NY and we'll party anywhere in Albany, Colombia, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Saratoga counties with no travel charge. Don't live in that area, but still want to party? Sweet! Contact us and we'll talk about a travel fee.

  • Are you accredited with the Better Business Bureau?

Yes, we currently have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

  • How long has Bash been around?

We started in August 2013 as Cake Bash cupcake decorating parties. As time went on, people wanted us back but were looking for different activities so Bash Birthday Parties was born!

In 2018 we hosted 127 Bashes and events and in 2017 we hosted 94 Bashes and events so you can believe we bring a lot of hands on experience to your Bash! You can hear what other people have said about us on our Praise for Bash Parties page or on our Facebook Reviews page. 

We added our latest service, Bash Backdrops, in 2019 in response to repeated requests for special event decor. You can learn more about that on our Bash Backdrops page.

  • I see on the Calendar that there's a Bash booked for the day I want. Do you do multiple parties in a day?

Why of course! We have multiple Bash Leaders so depending on availability we can usually book more than one Bash in a day. 

  • How much does a Bash cost?

You can check out our Pricing page here, but Bashes start at just $260 for 10 participants then $20 for each additional participant. For groups larger than 15 participants, the price per additional person goes to $15 a person.

  • Can I serve food and drinks at my Bash?

Absolutely! You can feel free to serve whatever food or beverages you would like at your Bash.

  • My house isn't huge - is that going to be a problem?

We've hosted parties in a variety of spaces from ballrooms to apartments. Most spaces are not a problem, but we request enough room for guests to safely move around.

  • Is there a deposit required to book my Bash?

A $40 deposit is required to reserve your Bash.  The $40 will be applied to your total amount due and the balance will be due by the day of your Bash and can be paid with cash, check or charge. Deposits must be received 2 weeks prior to your event or the Bash will be cancelled. If you must cancel your Bash after the deposit has been submitted it can be applied to a future Bash.

  • My child wants to have a party based on their favorite TV show (movie, toy, etc) but I'd love for you to host the party - is that still possible?

Not a problem! We ask that you still select a Bash Theme and we'll customize the activities to your child's interest.

  • What is included in a Bash Birthday Party?

2 hours of party hosting
Cupcakes for your guests
All necessary supplies for your Bash party theme
Party decorations to match your Bash
An experienced Bash party leader to host your entire Bash
Set up and clean up of Bash space

  • Are there age restrictions? 

We recommend our Little Tots Bash for ages two to five. For groups five years old and older, we can modify our other themes to make the activities age appropriate. If you're not sure what's best for your group, feel free to send us an email or give us a call to discuss.
